Two citizens have been prosecuted by the Gjirokastra Police for selling smuggled products in their businesses, without purchase receipts.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
Police Notice:
The Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens Sh. N., DB and AM, after inspections of their entities revealed that they were selling suspected smuggled products, without purchase invoices. The products were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra, for further action.
