Thomaraj, 29, was injured as a result of the explosion of a quantity of TNT that had been placed in the apartment of the two Nikolli sisters, who were neighbors of the victim.
Çelmeta said that an innocent person lost his life, while stating that the crime has not yet been solved or the perpetrator who placed the explosive has been identified.
« The police and the Elbasan prosecution conducted the first investigations, but then the case was transferred to SPAK after sisters Xhovana and Alda Nikolli accused Nuredin Dumani of ordering the assassination.
Security cameras show an unidentified person suspected of planting the TNT.
The Nikolli sisters accuse Nuredin Dumani. One of the Dumani sisters even stated that she had an argument with Dumani.
"The incident is under investigation, but we still don't have any information about the incident," said Çelmeta.
