The leader of the Christian Democratic Party, Nard Ndoka, has commented on the political situation in the country and the protests that have been taking place for 101 days against the government of Edi Rama. According to him, the prime minister should leave power, as his stay in office constitutes a cost for Albania.

Invited to the show "Vila24", Ndoka stated that the best day for him would be when Edi Rama leaves the government.

"My best morning will be when Albania is liberated and Rama leaves," said Ndoka.

Speaking about the prime minister, he said that Rama would be better off in opposition, arguing that power has negatively affected his governance.

"Rama is better in opposition, the government ruined him. It is better for him to leave. Every day in office is a cost for the country," he declared.

Ndoka also emphasized that Rama is at one of the worst levels of political support, citing the protests held over the last 101 days as one of the indicators.

"It is in the worst quotas, including the protests," said the PDK leader.
