The court hearing at the GJKKO for the former President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, has been postponed.

As the journalist reports, News24, Klodiana Lala, today the prosecutors read part of their submissions.

During the hearing, there were also debates between the parties regarding the evidence.

After the hearing ended, Meta's lawyer, Kujtim Cakrani, told the media that today's hearing proved that the accusation does not hold up and that the battle remains open.

"During the hearing, it was proven that the accusation does not hold up. The battle remains open."

"We will meet on the 29th. We hope it will be decisive and then it will be the lawyers' turn and we will express our submissions," said the lawyer of the PL president, Ilir Meta.
