On the 120th day of citizen protests against the government, protesters conveyed another message to Prime Minister Edi Rama, this time through a sign placed in the middle of the boulevard.
"Crime has a head," was written on the asphalt at the start of the protesters' march from the Prime Minister's Office towards the center of Tirana.
The message was posted at a time when the protest continued with a march through the streets of the capital, while citizens carried flags, banners and torches and repeated calls against the government.
The protesters linked the writing on the boulevard to the recent developments surrounding the former director of the State Intelligence Service, Vlora Hyseni, against whom SPAK has undertaken investigative procedures. According to the accusations made public by the prosecution, the case is related to suspicions of favoritism and assistance to businessman Ergys Agasi.
The protesters have also linked this issue to the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama after his return from the United States of America. During his stay in Rinas, Rama spoke about the latest developments and defended his position regarding the issue of the former head of SHISH.
