1. Small loaves for the end-of-year table and bread wreath with filling
For the dough
• 3 cups of all-purpose flour (about 750 g)
• 1 tablespoon dry yeast
• 1 tablespoon of sugar

For the filling of the bread crown
• 300 g spinach
• 4 green onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 100 g of kaçkavall cheese
• 100 g white cheese
• 1/2 bell pepper

• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
2. Spicy cream cheese
• 300 g white cheese
• 3 chili peppers
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 4 tablespoons oil
