• 1 kg of lamb or mutton
• 1 tea cup of meat broth
• 2 spoons of flour
• 2 spoon of butter
• 2 tablespoons rice, half-cooked
• 800 g – 1 kg yogurt
• 3 egg
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil

Sour noodles with ham and cheese
• 900 g of flour
• 200 g yogurt
• 300 ml of water
• 200 ml of oil
• 2 tablespoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 10 slices of bacon
• 5 slices of bacon
• 1 bell pepper
• 1 tomatoes
• 250 g mixed cheese (kaçkavall)
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tablespoons (for coating)

Pasta with sausage
• 1 package of pasta
• 1 pack of sausages
• 2 tomatoes, grated
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon red pepper
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oregano
• Oil
