Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the "Bread & Heart" Festival, a new European event that has gathered architects from all over the world in Tirana, has chosen to send an indirect message regarding Zvërnec.

Speaking about the harmony between nature and architecture, he stated that development should be done so that people can enjoy nature without "suffering" its dangers.

"Nature conservation is not an attitude that implies or is the same as non-development. It must also be about development, not to put nature at the service of people but vice versa. Very easy to say and harder to do. I remember something a crazy man who started as a successful businessman in France and continued in Latin America told me because he was obsessed with healing communities. He told me that sustainability is not at all fair in relation to future generations. What is fair to them is what is fair to nature, regenerative policies, a renewed attitude towards the environment.
So how do we go from being sustainable to being renewable. How do we think about cutting down a few trees here and planting a few trees there. We have to do both, and make people feel welcome in nature.
"Let's not tell them that if you want to be in nature at night, you have to run away or the wolves will eat you, but let them wake up in the morning and work there," he said.
