Details have been revealed regarding the incident that occurred in Shkodra this morning, where a 24-year-old man lost his life after being shot and his father was injured.

It was an argument between the victim Ylber Luli and the perpetrator Andri Vulaj that led to the serious incident.

The incident occurred at around 5:30 in the morning at the victim's apartment. After a conflict during the evening at a bar in the Gjuhadoli area, the suspected perpetrator went to the victim's apartment at around 5:00 in the morning with the idea of ​​clarifying matters. The murder suspect also had a pistol with him.

During the conversation, the victim and the perpetrator physically fought with each other, and the victim's father, Qamil Luli, was also involved in this fight.

According to the Shkodra police, a father and son stabbed citizen Andri Vulaj. During the conflict, the latter pulled out a gun he had with him and shot the 24-year-old, who lost his life.

Police forces immediately arrived at the scene and began investigations.

Initially, the officers detained the suspected perpetrator, Andri Vulaj, and seized the suspected murder weapon, a pistol with which the perpetrator allegedly shot the victim.

The victim Ylber Luli was seen standing outside the apartment inside his car with another person until late at night, and at around 2 am he entered the apartment. Three hours later, Andri Vulaj went to the victim's house and shot Ylber Luli after a physical fight and stabbing between them.

The local police of Shkodra are investigating to try to fully uncover this serious incident.
