A 67-year-old man was injured with a cutting tool (sickle) yesterday evening in the village of Suk, Roskovec, while the suspected perpetrator was arrested in flagrante delicto by the Police.

Citizen Bledar Bakaj, 52 years old, has been arrested and is accused of the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury" and "Actions contrary to the Court's decision."

The incident occurred at around 22:30, in the apartment of citizen Enver Gremaj, 67 years old. According to the Police, the 52-year-old is suspected of having a conflict with the 67-year-old for weak motives and then hit him in the leg with a sickle. According to preliminary investigations, Bledar Bakaj had also violated the protection order imposed by the Court in favor of his former partner, the 67-year-old's daughter. He had gone to her family's apartment, where the conflict then occurred.

Yesterday evening, at around 22:30, in the village of Suk, Roskovec, citizen BB, 52 years old, is suspected of having hit citizen EG, 67 years old, in the leg with a cutting tool (sickle) during a conflict for weak motives in his apartment.

Citizen BB violated the protection order that the Court had imposed on his former partner (the daughter of the 67-year-old man), by going to their apartment, where the conflict subsequently occurred. The suspected perpetrator of the injury, citizen BB, was caught 30 minutes later, near his apartment, in the village of Mbërsh, Roskovec. Citizen EG is receiving medical assistance in hospital and is out of danger to his life. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
