Traditional çomlek with beef and onion
• 1 kg of beef
• 1 kg of onion
• 3–4 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 cans of tomato puree or 1 cup of canned tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (pepper)
• 1 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 glass of red wine
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves
• 1 teaspoon peppercorns
• 4 allspice grains
• 2 sprigs of rosemary
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tea cup of meat broth
Soft buns filled with cheese and sausage
• 6 cups of flour
• 2 cups of milk tea
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1 tablespoon dry yeast
• 2 tablespoon of sugar
• 1 tea cup of oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
• Kaçkavall cheese
• Salami
• Tomatoes
• Spec
• 1 egg yolk
