In Tepelena, the political leader of the Gjirokastra District and DP MP, Tritan Shehu, officially presented the candidate for mayor, Gabriel Guma, in the local by-elections of November 9.

In a meeting with local structures and supporters, Shehu stressed the importance of the unity of democrats and citizens to bring about change in the direction of the municipality. He stated that Gabriel Guma's candidacy represents the energy, experience and commitment to giving Tepelena a new model of local governance.

The head of the FRPD, Besart Xhaferri, also participated in Guma's presentation.
