United States President Donald Trump has stated that negotiations with Iran are taking place in a positive climate and could reach a conclusion within the coming days.
During a press conference at the White House, Trump expressed optimism about the progress of the talks, hinting that an agreement could be close to being finalized.
"Negotiations with Iran are going very well. We are very close to signing the documents and that could happen this weekend," the US president declared.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reacted sharply to criticism from some European leaders about Israel's military operations in the region.
"They don't have the courage to fight the barbarians," Netanyahu said, defending his government's actions and accusing European critics of a lack of determination in the face of security threats.
