The identity of the victim of the tragedy that occurred this Wednesday afternoon in the village of Domen, Postribë administrative unit, in Shkodra, where a fire engulfed a house, has been revealed.
The victim is Bleona Çelaj, 24 years old, who lost her life along with her two minor children, aged 1 and 4.
According to preliminary information, the 24-year-old woman and her two children had recently returned from Germany and had gone to the family's old home in the village of Domen.
Sources indicate that the fire department's intervention was made difficult due to the rugged terrain, as the apartment is located about 30 minutes' walk from the main road.
The investigation team is continuing its investigation to determine the cause of the fire and to fully elucidate the dynamics of the event. So far, the investigation has focused on the possibility of an accidental fire, without ruling out other possibilities.
