One of the protesters gathered against the tourism project in Zvërnec has reacted harshly to the Prime Minister's statements, accusing him of dividing citizens and ignoring the voices of those who did not support him with their votes.
During the protest, he expressed that Albanians are tired of the current government and that, according to him, the Prime Minister is harming the country's interests.
"You have tired the Albanians so much that now the only thing you know how to do is destroy us. You said something else today, 'I only address those who voted for me'. Shameless! What do we look like, sheep? We are Albanians," declared the protester.
His words were met with applause and cheers from the participants in the rally, which also included calls against the government and demands for withdrawal from the project in Zvërnec.
The protest is continuing in front of the Prime Minister's Office, while citizens and activists insist that they will continue their opposition to the investment in Zvërnec, which they consider harmful to the protected area and the public interest.
