The director of AKU Shkodra, Ramir Haderi, was raped by several still unidentified persons in the city of Shkodra.
The incident occurred in the "Rus" neighborhood, where the head of the AKU was hit in the head with hard objects, suffering significant damage.
Immediately after the incident, police forces arrived at the scene and began investigations to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
It is initially suspected that the rape of Director Haderi is related to his duty as head of the Shkodra AKU.
