Klevis Ndreca, one of the people involved in the serious incident that occurred in Laç yesterday afternoon, surrendered himself after being located by police who also conducted drone checks in the area where he was hiding.
Journalist Igli Çelmeta reports that in his testimony before the authorities, the 28-year-old stated that he fired a gun at the young men because he was scared.
"I shot at the young men because I was scared. I saw that they had guns and wanted to hit me," he is reported to have stated.

After reviewing all security cameras in the area and questioning the people involved in the conflict and the testimonies of eyewitnesses, the entire incident has been fully revealed.
The arrested Klevis Ndreca, 28, was in the car with Amarildo Ndoj, 26, while Daniel Gjeloshi, 26, was in the car with Liridon Ismailaj, 26, and Gerald Bitrin, 24.
The young people had a verbal conflict because they had touched each other's mirrors while driving. The verbal conflict escalated 5 minutes later into the use of pistols. 5 minutes before the incident, there had been a conflict about touching the car mirrors and they had agreed to meet and clarify things a little further down the road where the incident occurred.
As soon as they stopped and got out of the cars, everyone got on foot and approached. Ndreca started shooting. Ndreca and Gjeloshi shot at each other. Klevis Ndreca shot at three other young men, leaving them wounded (Gerald Bitri died in hospital today). His friend Amarildo Ndoj and the street vendor were also accidentally wounded in the shooting.
Daniel Gjeloshi also responded with a pistol but did not injure anyone. The weapon, which was found a few meters from the scene, belongs to 26-year-old Daniel Gjeloshi. Klevis Ndreca fled on foot after the incident.
