A massive fire has engulfed a forest area between the villages of Andon Poçi and Hundëkuq, putting emergency services on alert.

According to the official announcement, the fire alarm was received at 21:09, while two service groups with two fire trucks immediately headed to the area.

Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters found that the fire had two active sources, spread over two different hills. Due to the rugged and difficult terrain, intervention with firefighting vehicles is impossible.

Since the flames have covered a considerable area, the situation has been assessed as a massive fire, which has led to the engagement of the entire staff of the Fire Protection and Rescue Service (FPS).
