New details are emerging from the investigation into the death of Greek singer Giorgos Mazonakis, as authorities have uncovered digital data that is shedding light on his final minutes in the clinic. According to reports from Protothema, investigators have seized phones, computers and other electronic equipment from the clinic of doctors Ilia Theodoropoulos and Ioanna Gaka. The two doctors have been charged with exposure to danger that led to the singer's death and are expected to give their explanations before the investigating judge.

One of the most eye-catching discoveries is a photo of Mazonakis found on the doctor's phone, which had been deleted. In the photo, the singer is seen lying on the plasmapheresis machine. Authorities are trying to determine when the photo was taken and whether it dates back to the day the singer suffered a cardiac arrest.

Mysterious search with artificial intelligence
Another unusual element is related to the clinic's computer. According to data analyzed by investigators, at a critical moment a search was conducted on how to bring a patient back to life. Authorities are verifying whether the search was conducted through an artificial intelligence platform and, if so, who conducted it, at what time and what information was requested.

Investigators are comparing the timing of this digital activity to the moment Mazonakis suffered cardiac arrest.

Mazonakis' meetings were also deleted.
Suspicions have also been raised about the clinic's electronic calendar data. According to reports, records related to the singer's appointments have been deleted from the system. Investigators are trying to recover the data to determine Mazonakis' visits and the time when the deletions were made.

The investigation has also included a discrepancy regarding the singer's arrival time. According to data collected by the police, he is suspected of having entered the clinic shortly after 13:00 PM, while another version placed his arrival after 16:00 PM.

Experts check the plasmapheresis equipment
Authorities are also analyzing the device itself that Mazonakis was using. Experts are expected to extract the device's electronic data to determine when it was activated and when it stopped working. This data will be compared with security camera footage, communications, testimony and other evidence collected during the investigation.

Computers, disks, documents and other electronic devices were seized from the clinic, while secretaries' phones were also taken to verify communications and meeting schedules. However, despite the new discoveries, the final cause of Giorgos Mazonakis' death has not yet been determined. Further answers are awaited from toxicological and histological analyses.

Investigators are now trying to reconstruct minute by minute what happened at the clinic: from the singer's arrival, the procedure performed, the moment of cardiac arrest, and the actions taken thereafter.
