TIRANA – Sibela Abedini's father, Artani, in a phone call on the show "With an Open Heart" on "News 24", spoke about the case of his daughter's suicide, after being blackmailed with intimate photos taken by Altin Çoku.

Sibela's father said that his wife led his daughter into this situation. According to him, it was the girl's mother who had communication with Altin Çoku.

"Sibela had no concerns, she spoke to me normally. I told her that I would take her to Italy in a week. The girl was with her husband in Kosovo. Her mother is immoral. To be honest. I think Sibela's mother had an affair with Çoku. That person took advantage of this and blackmailed the girl. I have doubts about my wife, she should be questioned about how Altin Çoku entered my family.

I have filed for divorce 3 times and have never been called to file for divorce. I have been here in Italy for 5 years. Sibela told me that she went to Kamëz, because her husband in Kosovo had found another wife. My wife has put me in prison for 7 years, because the lady accused me of exploitation. I have been unjustly sentenced. I suspect that my wife has a hand in the murder of her daughter.
