Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca has said that the sentencing of former KLA leaders is a terrible judgment for Kosovo and will be a great damage to our state and narrative.
"A terrible judgment for Kosovo, for our liberation war. Kosovo has experienced the war itself, we know what the KLA war is and we know that there was no criminal mechanism to harm any population. It is a sad, unjust, undeserved decision. It is truly something that will be very damaging, both for our narrative and for the state of Kosovo. When I remember that Serbia had the indictment, that they were sentenced to 15 years in absentia and this court supposedly in the name of the people with these draconian sentences," Konjfuca said after leaving the courtroom in The Hague.
