Just a short time after the inauguration of interventions in the "Naim Frashëri" neighborhood in Pogradec, rainfall has highlighted problems with the drainage system.
The manholes were blocked, while water flooded the streets, creating a "river" in the middle of the museum district.
The situation has raised questions about the quality of the work carried out and the functioning of the sewage network, as an area that was rehabilitated and inaugurated only a short time ago failed to cope with the rainfall, flooding due to blocked manholes.
