Gestures that speak louder than words. While the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke from the podium, Prime Minister Edi Rama listened, while his deputy, Belina Balluku, used the time to look at her phone.

As can be seen from the footage, for several minutes, Rama remained silent, with one hand resting on his face, while Balluku looked at his cell phone. But at one point, Balluku is seen talking to Rama, while the latter gives an ironic smile.

We remind you that today the Constitutional Court is reviewing the Prime Minister's appeal against the GJKKO measure to suspend Balluk from office, while SPAK is seeking her arrest. For more information, see the video.
