An unusual event was recorded this Sunday on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, where a vehicle was "parked" on the steps of the Prime Minister's Office building.

After the collision, the driver of the vehicle is seen in the footage getting out of the car and calmly climbing the stairs of the building. He then kicked in the doors of the Prime Minister's Office.

The video also shows a police officer approaching the vehicle, but leaving a few seconds later, standing at a distance. According to the footage, the officer does not intervene when the citizen knocks on the doors of the institution.

The circumstances that prompted the driver to take such an action remain unclear, but he was escorted to Police Station No. 1 in the capital.
