Prosecutor Klodian Braho is the last in line among the candidates to present his platform in the race for head of SPAK.

Before the members of the KLP, Braho said that if elected head of the Special Prosecution Office, he will focus on organizing the institution with the aim of protecting the independence of prosecutors and supporting them in the exercise of their duties.

"Regarding the organizational plan, I have divided it into several points: If I am the leader, I will take measures to follow current strategies. Regarding the exercise of criminal prosecution, I guarantee the implementation of the principle of equality, I will take necessary actions to protect the independence of special prosecutors, I will support prosecutors in the exercise of their duties, in case of charges, the creation of investigative groups will be proceeded with, the decisions of prosecutors are not personal but are the positions of the institution. There is a need to create a sector for information analysis and adaptation to similar sectors in other countries," he said.

Klodian Braho was born in Skrapar on July 21, 1982. In the years 2000-2004 he completed his studies at the Faculty of Law and in 2005-2008 he studied at the School of Magistrates. He was appointed on November 14, 2007.
