An awkward moment was recorded in the Parliament, where the protagonist was Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha. While speaking with Deputy Prime Minister Albana Koçiu, the latter mistakenly sat in Rama's seat.
This led one of the Assembly representatives to ask Hoxha to leave.
Hoxha got up and then it was Koçiu who went to his place to talk.
