Ukrainian forces have struck an oil terminal in St. Petersburg, Russia, overnight.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in a reaction on social media, stressed that military targets hit the Kronstadt base, while another target was a weapons production facility in Russia's Tambov region, about 600 kilometers from the front line.

The area was covered in thick smoke. Meanwhile, today, the annual Russian economic forum begins in the city, which is also expected to be attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
