Businessman Bashkim Ulaj went to the Special Court today.
As can be seen from the footage, Ulaj appeared with his lawyers at the GJKKO.
It is learned that Ulaj has an open legal process with the leader of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, after suing the latter following public accusations about an infrastructure project.
