The trial of the "Veliaj" case against the mayor of Tirana and a number of other people has begun at the GJKKO premises.
It is reported that businessman Elman Abule appeared at the Criminal Investigation Department, accompanied by a police officer.
We recall that Abule has been placed under house arrest.
