The police have provided further details regarding the incident that occurred this morning on the Thumanë-Krujë road, where 57-year-old Petrit Ndou was killed.
The perpetrator, a 28-year-old man, was arrested immediately after the incident. In his statement to the police, the young man said that he "did not want to kill her and that the situation got out of control."
In an official announcement, the police explain that two other citizens who were present during the conflict have also been arrested.
Two vehicles have also been seized. The incident occurred near the Bushnesh bridge, after a conflict that occurred while they were driving and they had a verbal conflict. Then 28-year-old Andri Vokrri.
While the other two arrested, Lorenc Goga and Fation Kulla, are known to be friends with the perpetrator.

At the end of the investigative actions carried out by specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, in cooperation with the Krujë Police Commissariat, under the direction of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, to shed light on the dynamics of the conflict that occurred on the "Thumanë-Krujë" road axis, as a result of which citizen PN, 57 years old, lost his life from being hit with hard objects, the following citizens were arrested:
-AV, 28 years old, resident of FushëKrujë, for the criminal offense of “Intentional Murder”;
-LG, 26 years old and FK, 23 years old, for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime".
The investigation revealed that on 201.01.2026, at around 01:00, on the “Thumanë-Krujë” road axis, near the Bushnesh bridge, these three citizens, while driving in a vehicle, had a verbal conflict with citizen PN, who was driving his own vehicle. Subsequently, citizen AV hit citizen PN, 57, in the head with a hammer, who died as a result. After the incident, citizens LG and FK left.
As material evidence, 2 vehicles and the vehicle with which the crime was allegedly committed were seized.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
