Ardian Hajdari has won his appeal to the Supreme Court, after the latter overturned previous decisions against him regarding the charge of failing to declare assets.
According to the ruling, Judge Gent Shala has decided to overturn the decisions previously issued against the former vetting judge, who was convicted of failing to declare assets.
"The Supreme Court has ordered the suspension of the trial of the case without returning it for reconsideration," the ruling states.
