The Administrative Court has decided to reinstate the Secretary General of the Municipality of Tirana, declaring the dismissal orders absolutely invalid.
The news is confirmed for BalkanWeb by journalist Klodiana Lala.
According to the court, the dismissal was carried out in flagrant violation of the law, constituting a serious violation of legal and procedural standards.
The court decision has immediate effect and is mandatory for implementation.
We recall that Alban Dokushi was removed from office by the acting mayor of Tirana, Anuela Ristani, following the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj.
