The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) has remanded Colombian citizen Samir Rosales Rodriguez in prison. The latter was brought to Albania to serve a 14-year prison sentence, given following SPAK's investigations into the cocaine laboratory in Frakull.
Samir Rosales Rodriguez, otherwise known by the nickname "The Chemist", is considered by the special structure as one of the key figures in the group involved in the processing of narcotics in Frakull.
He managed to leave Albania immediately after the conclusion of the anti-drug operation, but after an international search, he was located and arrested in Colombia. After the conclusion of the procedures, he was brought to our country where he will now serve the sentence given by the Albanian justice system.
