The Administrative Court has decided to reinstate the dean of the Faculty of Law, Dorina Hoxha, by repealing her suspension.
Dorina Hoxha was suspended from duty in May by order of the rector of the University of Tirana, Artan Hoxha.
The Deanship of the Faculty of Law was suspended by order of the rector, after expressing interest in running for the High Judicial Council.
