A photo of one of those arrested in the Dobracce operation, Elvin Merlika, has emerged. After RENEA's field checks, two people were arrested, including Ervis Martinaj's soldier.

Elvin Merlika was wanted as a participant in the plan to kill Indrit Dokles, an order given by Ervis Martinaj. While the arrested, Alket Xhixha, was the person who made it possible for Nuredin Dumani and Ervis Martinaj to meet.

Their names have emerged after the testimony of Nuredin Dumani, a repentant justice official. Merlika was accused of providing the conditions to commit murder. Earlier, SPAK also requested the confiscation of 20 properties in his name and those of his family, but the request was rejected in court.
