Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said his country would not get involved in a conflict between Iran, Israel and the United States, but stressed that Ankara was prepared for any threat to its security. According to him, Turkey has intercepted a third Iranian ballistic missile launched towards Turkish territory.

Speaking about the security situation, Erdogan said that Turkish authorities are taking preventive measures to protect airspace. "We are taking all preventive measures against any threat to our airspace, as we did last night," he said.

The Turkish president stressed that Ankara's main priority is to stay out of the escalation of the regional conflict.

"Our main priority is to keep our country away from this hell. Removing our country from this fire is our highest priority," Erdogan declared, adding that Turkey is ready to face any kind of threat.
