The Administrative Court of First Instance, Tirana, has today decided to repeal disciplinary measures against several opposition MPs, who were punished with a 30-day exclusion from parliamentary committees and plenary sessions.
The decision includes MPs Flamur Noka, Albana Vokshi, Elda Hoti, Belind Këlliçi, Klevis Balliu and Fidel Kreka.
The disciplinary measures were initially imposed by the Secretariat for Ethics on December 23, 2025, in relation to developments in the plenary session of December 18, 2025, and were left in force on January 20, 2026 by the Bureau of the Assembly.
