300 ml of milk
150 ml of whipped cream
Or 400 ml of milk
100 g of kaçkavall cheese

Moussaka with bechamel and vegetables

4 potatoes
4 pumpkins
4 medium eggplants
700 g minced meat
2 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 glass of wine
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (pepper)
4 medium tomatoes
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaf
2 spoons of oil
1 spoons of butter
Salt, pepper, a little oregano
Or thyme

For the béchamel:
1 liter of milk
4 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoon flour
2 egg yolks
50 g of kaçkavall cheese
Nutmeg
50 g of kaçkavall cheese for the vegetable layers
