Tashme jane 17 ekipe te kualifikuara per ne fazen finale dhe Rusia i eshte bashkuar Shqiperise, Gjermanise, Anglise, Austrise, Belgjikes, Spanjes (dy here mbajtese e titullit), Frances (vendi organizator), Irlandes se Veriut, Islandes, Italise, Uellsit, Polonise, Portugalise, Republikes Ceke, Rumanise dhe Zvicres.
