The Vice President of the Democratic Party, Belind Këlliçi, has made a strong statement about former Foreign Minister, Elisa Spiropali, asking her to speak openly about political developments in the country and show everything she knows. In an interview for the show "Minuta e Parë" on News24, with journalist Ola Bruko, Këlliçi stated that it would not be a surprise if a report had been filed against Spiropali by Nesti Angoni, referring to the case of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj.

Këlliçi called on the former minister not to remain silent and to tell the truth about the political situation and the student protests. He emphasized that Spiropali has held important positions in the government and has the necessary political experience to speak publicly.

The Democrat warned that the former minister should avoid a conclusion similar to that of Erion Veliaj, while claiming that there may be a report against her. Këlliçi also accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of holding the country hostage to maintain power, while holding him politically responsible for the reported violence against students and for the way public funds are administered.

"Elisa does well to speak, to tell the truth. Don't be surprised if Nesti Angoni has filed a report against Elisa Spiropali, as happened with Veliaj. It's good for Elisa to speak and tell her truth, about what is happening with the students. She was Foreign Minister, she became an experienced politician. Don't end up like Veliaj.

Nesti Angoni has filed a complaint against Spiropali. He should speak clearly, not with a nut in his mouth. He should speak openly. It is time to save Albania. Albania cannot go to civil war because he is a madman who will do anything for his chair. He broke the legs and hands of students, he treats the budget as a personal portfolio," he said.
