A person was detained by Greek police on Friday evening at the Kakavija border crossing point.
According to sources, the citizen, for whom it is not known whether he is Albanian, after passing through the customs of the Republic of Albania, presented himself at the Greek customs, handing over a Chilean passport.
From verification in the system, it turned out that this passport had been reported lost in Belgium.
The suspect was immediately arrested, while investigations have begun into why he was carrying this passport and the purpose of entering Greece with a false identity.
