Democratic MP Saimir Korreshi, while commenting on the situation within the DP and the elections to be held on May 23 for the party leader, stated that there is dissatisfaction within the party.

Guest on the show "This Week" on News24Korreshi said that there have been several episodes when the group has come out against Berisha's proposals, mentioning the proposal to boycott the Territorial Reform Commission.

"There is definitely dissatisfaction with the mayor, we are not in a dictatorship. There is a dispute over certain decisions. It was articulated in the meeting, which was also supported by Berisha, that we would not enter the Territorial Reform Commission, but the group stood up, all of them had the courage and said this is leading us down the wrong path. We told them we will either boycott all or none. Berisha then said yes," he said.
