Even though about 30 minutes have passed since the last adjournment of the plenary session, opposition MPs have refused to vacate the podium.
Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi interrupted the plenary session, stating that it would not resume until the floor was free, so that the agenda could be continued, while Agron Gjekmarkaj's turn to speak was next.
"A parliament of crime! What are we waiting for? Are we waiting for Belinda, Bela?", the Democrats are heard saying.
