Gabriel Gomes is only 12 years old and is known as the tallest boy in the world. He reaches a height of 2.3 meters.
According to doctors, the 12-year-old suffers from gigantism, a serious disorder caused by a pituitary gland tumor, which means his body produces too much growth hormone.

But recently, according to the METRO newspaper, he will undergo a dangerous brain surgery to stop further growth.
"I'm really worried about being tall, I want to be normal," Gabriel says. "I feel a lot of pain, my legs are very tired. Sometimes I suffer from back pain, I have a hunchback."
