New details have emerged from the serious incident that occurred a short while ago in the city of Korça, where a person was injured with a knife after a conflict between two individuals.
Sources indicate that the suspected perpetrator of the incident has been identified as Gëzim Ramka, around 54 years old, while the injured person is Rigels Janaqi, around 42 years old.
According to preliminary information, the conflict between them occurred for weak motives and ended with Janaq being stabbed.
Journalist Lorena Kodra reports that the injured man was brought to the hospital with the knife still in his neck, while doctors are working to remove it and provide medical assistance.
It is learned that the injured party is suspected of having mental health problems. Meanwhile, the suspected perpetrator has been arrested by law enforcement.
Police are at the scene and are continuing investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the conflict.
