The Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) has read the indictment for the defendants in the sensational "Golden Bullet" case, requesting severe prison sentences, up to 35 years for some of them.

According to SPAK's claim, the sentences requested for the defendants are:

– Nuredin Dumani – 10 years in prison
– Henrik Hoxha – 35 years in prison
– Skerdi Tase – 13 years in prison
– Erion Alibej – 15 years in prison
– Besian Xhixha – 25 years in prison
- Enver Diva - 25 years in prison
– Xhulian Hoxha – 20 years in prison
– Petrit Qoli – 35 years in prison
- Agron Qoli - 20 years in prison
– Asllan Plaku – 20 years in prison
– Altin Ndoci – 25 years in prison
- Fatos Gosa - 20 years in prison
– Adrian Uzuni – 15 years in prison
– Albert Pashaj – 15 years in prison
– Gentian Sharra – 9 years in prison

The continuation of the judicial process is now expected, where the court will review the requests of the Special Prosecution Office and then issue the final decision for the defendants.

We recall that Nuredin Dumani, Skerdi Tase and Erion Alibej have the status of repentant of justice.
