A serious incident was recorded this morning in the village of Mengel in Elbasan.
A 7-year-old child was hit and killed by a vehicle on the Elbasan-Librazhd road.
The incident occurred near a school. It is learned that the minor escaped from his mother's hands and was hit by a car. Police are at the scene.
