The meeting of the new Minister of Interior, Ervin Demo, with the police leaders in the regions is revealed.

BalkanWeb learns that the focus of the meeting was the event in Saranda, where Artan Myrtaj was killed in an assassination attempt yesterday.

During his speech, Demo was harsh with the police leaders, ordering the dissolution of the entire Saranda leadership chain. The minister also ordered the creation of a Task Force to investigate crime in this city.

According to Demos, this Task Force will consist of 10 people, who will be stationed in Saranda to investigate criminal events there.

"Increase security in schools. I want a detailed plan for the territory," he is said to have addressed to Police Chief Skënder Hita.
