Julian Hodaj and Ilda Zhulali debated in the studio News24 regarding soft loans.

Zhulali, a DP advisor to the Tirana Municipal Council, said that in Tirana you cannot buy a house, and said that you have to be connected to crime and drugs to be able to buy a house.

Zhulali said he is not against soft loans, even though at the last meeting of the Tirana municipal council, the opposition did not vote, due to what he considers "civil disobedience."

While Hodaj, in response to Zhulali, said, "Are you telling the citizens who vote for the Mayor with 160 thousand votes and the 132 thousand voters who are connected to crime and drugs?"

Hodaj said that at the last meeting, opposition councilors did not vote for soft loans.
