The Constitutional Court has partially accepted the request of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, regarding the security measure "obligation to appear".
Berisha had requested the repeal of this measure, while the Constitutional Court decided that the case be returned for review to the High Court.
The Constitutional Court's decision does not mean the automatic repeal of the security measure, but rather the return of the case for trial at the highest judicial instance.
